[TheForge] welding torch water cooler. addendum

No just that you need an adequate flow and some place for the water to go
after it is run through the torch.  So in most shops the hose to dispose of
the water is more of a nuisance than the cooler.  Some where in there the
break even point comes.  the price of the cooler and the price of running
water .

Just some random thoughts
