[TheForge] Converting a propane tank to a gas forge

Fake a chain wrench with a stout length of pipe and a length of chain.
Weld one end of the chain to the end of the pipe and torch cut a hole
and slot for the chain at a convenient point on the side of the pipe.
Wrap the chain around the tank and put the free end in the hole till
snug, then slip a chain link down the slot to lock it in place.
