As do pneumatic panel cutters- it's like a muffler cutter, but is pretty
versatile for cutting or trimming sheet metal. We used the cutters from
Snap-on for cutting a radius for fender flares on race cars. They cut really
fast and the kerf comes out in a long coil.

Power nibblers work pretty well on sheet metal.
