I usually have from 3/16 to 3/4" in both rd and sq on hand, though I use 3/8 
and 1/2 most of the time.

My flat stock ranges 1/8 x 1/2 to 3/4 x 2".

I use 14ga and 16ge sheet and usually have part of a sheet of each on hand. 
Some 10ga and 12ga scraps.  Also the previous owner of my farm was in the 
HVAC business so there is a variety of duct work and cabnets.

I don't do much with tubing, just a few scraps.

I have a pretty good scrap pile with mostly angle iron and small I beams.
