[TheForge] Anvil's Ring/Hammer's Blow CD?

Rome,

I renewed my (then ) expired ABANA  membership, about the first day when
there was a  CD offer, last time.  The Ring and the Blow magazines
restarted, but the CD never came.

So, I won't hold my breath on this offer.  My membership is still current.
