Ries, thanks for your thoughts on the Brass- it's from Alaskan, 23000 is  
the designation, 85% cu 15% zinc
Brazing would be ideal- the architect sez he can't get radii in the size  
he wants so all corners would be fabbed.
I've done a bunch of brazing on silver and all the plumbing in our house  
is copper...fit up would be the big issue, I'm guessing.
New to TIG brazing- any pointers, relative to OA?
Never have gotten on top of filling gaps with brazing material, though I  
do hear stories of it being done.
