Hey Rodger,
I use it, and it works .
You don't need the video.
You spray it with an air brush, a Harbor Freight special is good enough.
It's best to bead blast the metal surface.
Make sure your surface is squeaky clean. Spray on several thin coats.
Buy the thinner solution to clean out the air brush.
Don't thin the paint itself.
The paint hardener only has a shelf life of 6 months so don't buy more than 
you will use in that time
The finish is dry to touch in 1/2 hour, but to speed up the cure, you should 
heat it to about 120-140F for a few hours.
Otherwise the finish doesn't reach maximum hardness till it cures in about 6 
weeks.
I like to use it in the summer months down in Mississippi because I can lay 
the object on a dark surface, exposed to the Sun, for a few hours and get 
the finish really hard.
