I was faced with the same problem. My employer tosses the dinse style
plugs, so I gloomed on to them and converted my stuff to dinse 50. I
picked up female ends from http://www.weldingsupply.com/ they were cheap ...

not quite as pretty as the miller supplied plugs, but electrically
identical and quite satisfactory.
One other note on the 304 in addition to turning the machine on in the
CV (mig) mode to promote electrical health.
This is my first welder with Arc Force control. When using stick welding
procedure, try starting with the arc force set to 5 to 7. The closer it
is to 0 the more it acts like a tig welder and the more it leads to
'stuck' stick electrodes... check out Millers arc force commentary for
more info
