[TheForge] Criminal Background Check

That National ID card thing went into effect 5/08.  I'm wondering when 
it will be foisted.

I would urge people to refuse to get one.  If enough do, there is 
NOTHING, short of violence, that they can do to make us, and even that 
won't work.
