[TheForge] outside propane drama

Get a big old wall AC enclosure,  mount it through the wall high on
the building, and use that as a cabinet (door on the inside) for your
propane cylinder.  The AC enclosure is highly perforated, so any leaks
would go straight to the outside air.  The cylinder will even look
like an AC compressor to the uninitiated.  Would take little work to
disguise it well.
