[TheForge] Sodium filled valves

On a related question;
I have a lot of Caltrans steel, guard rail and mounting springs, thats
covered with many layers of old, presumably lead based paint. Does
anyone have an efficient, cheap way of stripping it clean enough to weld
and forge and dealing with the dross?
