	YOu have no such right anymore - the government tit says so.

	The only aspect of this with which I might partly agree is that of 
transfer.  You build a shyte dwelling that looks all purty and it falls 
down around the ears of the poor slob you sell it to.  Of course, there 
is always the novel concept of an inspection by <GASP> competent engineers.
