[TheForge] OT - Advise needed on mini machine tool

Ries, that is precisely the reason I hire out anything that requires
machining. I do not make my living with those tools and therefore can
not afford either the space or the money to own them.
There are times, however when I have some chore which requires no great
accuracy and could be handled with some rough forging and a file,
perhaps a die grinder. At those times I wonder if perhaps a small cheap
mill or lathe mightn't be worth owning.
