Andy,
I have one of these arched buildings. It is made of galvinized steel. And
they do not give it a very high load rating. They warn of too much snow, so
concrete would be out of the question.
On a side note, while the building was fast to put up, I regret not having
straight walls and you loose a lot of space on the edges. So my 40' x 60'
shop works more like a 30' x 60'. You can overcome this by pouring a 4'
retaining wall to put the hoops on, but that's a lot of additional cost.
