I think you are referring to a Quonset(Spelling?) type building. You might
have to frame the inside to support the weight when coating but it would be
a serious shelter afterwards. A friend of mine makes pools by spraying the
concrete onto formed rebar so a rebar frame 2-3" off the hut, coated with
sprayed concrete should hold water if you turn it over;-) The buildings
are usually galvo and can be had in several gauges
