The short answer is no, they won't hold enough concrete
to do you any good. Of course a short answer is usually
short on answers. They're galvy steel and depending on
where in the country you live different gages.
If a person were to support the arches while spraying
it and were to spray it in layers allowing them to set
in stages you might be able to do what you're thinking
of. I'd use rebar for sure.
Check with manufacturers for dead and live loads.
