[TheForge] Shop Air using Copper

A cheap skate type addendum:
Old high pressure tanks work pretty well for air storage, as do old 
propane tanks ( clean em out real well!) The outfits that do hydrostat 
tests sometimes sell them at scrap prices. ( HP tanks make great bells 
too, if you carefully cut off the bottom. Trim shorter for higher pitch.)
Outside the shop is the right place to put these questionable tanks and 
be sure to add a tank drain at the bottom.
Overkill is good..under kill equals kill dead. Use redundant pressure 
releases. pf
