i asked this same question on a maritime e-mail list. all the answers
were nearly the same. the answers in the order of priority from the
maritime e-mail list are:
the necessary tools to make whatever tool you may need.
several good anvils
many porta-powers hydraulic units.
fiber optic cameras.
fiber optic cameras to inspect the interior of tanks, pipes, cylinders,
etc. keeps you from having to take something apart.
