[TheForge] Underground house

We found that the main mortgage market is very uninterested in talking
about an underground house, just as Dann says. What worked for us was to
talk with non-national, local banks that would be holding the mortgage
themselves. The one we went with had a deal where the  construction loan
just turns into the mortgage when the house is complete.
