I have not been part of this group for very long but am glad to hear
that you will at long last be able to get on with living with out the
hassles in life, good luck with the new adventures.
  As for under ground homes take a look at these people

things went bad and took a good long look at them. Looked at many
homes they built and talked to many of the owners, not one bad comment
from anybody. They have doing this since 1977 all over the world.
