	I think it depends on what you are doing with it, but yeah in most 
cases they seem to be major capital sinks.  I would also advise extreme 
caution, ESPECIALLY given the current economic situation.  The last 
thing anyone needs to be doing on this day is wicking away their 
fortunes into the ether.
