	One word: maintainability.  I am a very big fan of designing and 
building with this in mind.  Repairs and such would be far faster, 
easier, and in the end less costly.

	Nothing wrong with soldered joints, mind you.  I just like the idea of 
inserting a little wedgy thingy and having the joint come instantly 
apart - run a new line, push, and VOY-LUH!  New repair or re-design in 
no time.  I think this has many virtues - and this coming from a guy 
that eschews most high tech gadgetry.

	On another front - I Just ate the remains of a very nice curry Bibi put 
together last night - she made it with "edo"s (sp???), an odd member of 
the potato family.  Tastes good but the consistency is more like a 
boiled flour ball than a potato.  Not sure what to make of them yet. 
Anyone familiar with these?
