I have a glass shelf that needs about a 1/4 by 3/4 piece ground off the edge to fit. The glass is tempered glass and I have a glass grinder that you would use for stained glass (Wet w/ diamond grit). The question is other than removing the unwanted glass will this promote cracking since the glass is tempered? Larry Brown
