Hey Mike,
Ben is exactly right about the hammer. The video I remember seeing a few 
years ago had a big team of smiths beating the poo out of some really large 
iron. There were at least 2 Monday hammers going at it and a couple of 2 
handled hammers, plus several single hammers, all at the same time. It was 
like a double time  Russian ballet.
 One caption said the Monday Hammers could weigh up to 160 lbs..
