Tom Clark Memorial Gate

BAM member Walt Hull is designing a gate to be built by several BAM

members in memory of Tom Clark. The design will incorporate a tree

to which we hope all of Tom's blacksmithing friends will contribute a

leaf. The gate will be completed at the BAM Conference in Sedalia, MO

on May 1-3, 2009, and will be placed in Thelma Clark's garden in Potosi,

MO.

If you would like to make a leaf for the tree please make it to fit into

either a 3 and ½ inch square or a rectangle 2 inches by 6 inches. The

stem should be about 3 inches from it's end to the leaf and 5/16 round

at the end to make attachment easy!

If you plan to attend the Conference please bring it with you.

If you will not be at the conference please send your leaf, to arrive no

later than April 25, to
