  I would have to third or fourth this one.
I have been lucky enough to get to know several abana board members  
over the years, and while, no, they mostly didnt take my suggestions  
either, I am used to THAT- been married 31 years in May, after all...
But they have all been dedicated, honest, hardworking, and sincere.

Any time you get two or more people together, one of em starts  
complaining.

If you think you can do a better job- run for the board.

If you dont pay dues, and vote, you really dont have a leg to stand  
on, when it comes to complaining.
If you do, then complain loudly- preferably in emails direct to board  
members- I have actually gotten into some interesting, intelligent  
conversations with board members, and they do listen.

Most on this list that complain about ABANA have not served, will  
never serve and probably are not involved locally.  We have the same  
problem in our local chapter.  The ones that complain the most  
contribute the least.
