I have no problem with such farming.  I do, however, have a big one with 
ending up in prison. :(

I found a small pot farm up on our mountain about 5 or 6 months ago. I 
wrecked everything.  An occasional patrol up there is now called for - I 
doubt I'd suffer a civil forfeiture, given the sheriff is a friend and 
knows well enough that I'm not the farmer, but the state police can be 
real yahoos and I would not trust them not to say "wow... 100 really 
nice acres...  looks like we hit the jack pot boys!"

Not worth it.  At all.
