For  baby probably not, just because they have so little mass and a 
smaller digestive system. There is not a lot to play with.
For an adult it would be safe enough. I doubt if it would ever be an 
issue. We manage to excrete copper.
Long before you would get really toxic you should pee green, then throw 
up. From a spoon with an adult you would eliminate it as fast as you 
could acquire it.
