It's the Quad State Round-Up held at the fair grounds in Troy, OH.  This year it's September 25-27.  It's probably the largest regional blacksmiths' conference in the country.  Info at www.sofablacksmiths.org

There is an annual conference in Ohio. they used to call it Tipp city.
Does anyone know if they are having it or when it is this year?
