[TheForge] Oregon fusion blades

I initially thought , either case hardening or a bi-metal blade like a 
bandsaw blade...but they say the process is after the tempering..some 
sort of hard plating wouldn't survive a sharpening..or maybe, like case 
hardened knives the harder surface  would then be self sharpening.
Agree, the knife crazies would be most apt to know.
