[TheForge] Oregon fusion blades

Hi guys,
I think shot-peening could probably qualify as well; Not that I have any 
idea of what they are actually doing.

And I'm confident my meager exposure to such processes means there are 
probably a dozen more common processes that I either can't recall at the 
moment, or have simple never been exposed to.

This could also just be a simple as "marketing" and not really be 
anything we'd consider significant.
