[TheForge] post vise repair

A couple of years ago I read an article on repairing a post vise, and fixing
up a new thread. Some new key stock was wound into the thread and then
brazed into the tube with brass, using some suitable medium to stop the two
helixes brazing themselves together. This may be the article I remember:
