[TheForge] Stempeling info needed

I have seen it used to close up a hole in a clock frame, by punching all
around the hole it can be used to close up and recenter the shaft hole.
Used to repair a clock without having to disassemble. Considered a poor
job of repair.

	It is commonly used to keep screws in place that really need to
