[TheForge] Forging a post vice

Suggest your friend try it small scale first.  Actually, a hand-vice
with 1.5" jaws is a dandy tool to have in the shop.

Larry-
That file comes through with a lot of unknown characters.  Some of
those appear to be fractions.  Any chance you could let folks know
what those mean.
Also, maybe you could provide a link to the vise-rebuilding article
Tim Suter wrote a few years ago.

Tim Suter took apart and repaired an old vise and IIRC found that the
box threads were not lathe-cut but were a separate coil of square
stock, brazed in place.  I did not see this myself.
