[TheForge] large format printing

I would expect by now that you could send it out over the internet. I
know for ordinary printing, I can use Office Max as my printer. I
once looked into printing a banner ad (vinylized cloth, or something
like that) and the sign store accepted files by internet, essentially
acting as the printer. That was their preferred method. So there are
probably commercial printers set up to do exactly that for E-sized
drawings.
