Mr Smuck:
Clearly, you have identified the greatest threat to safety and insurance 
related costs present in functional America today!
We are all guilty of flagrantly violating those thoughtfully formulated 
regulations that has allowed OSHA to make our workplaces so much more 
profitable to insure. It's past time something was done!
It has been established that we are a service economy and these 
quasi-legal operations threaten our relations with our international 
trading partners, don'cha-know.
The savings and quality of life gains sure to result from this action, 
in terms of hearing loss and band aids alone are sure to offset it's 
possible impact on those few misguided people who should be watching 
sports on TV and their attendant advertisements instead.
