Usual comments I've heard from folks who have had either that or a hip
replacement done, is "Why did I wait so long?"

While I realize that the thought of people cutting holes in you is not
pleasant, and that everyone's physiology is a bit different- after
all, medicine is still an art rather than a science ;-) - with a good
surgeon, and careful attention to their instructions, you should be
very happy you had it done.

Heat it up
Hit it hard
Repent as necessary.

Priorities:

It's the smith who makes the tools, not the tools which make the smith.

notices I have read with pleasure. -Clarence Darrow
