[TheForge] Coal, propane, or charcoal?

Finding coke is the problem. It seems to be getting a lot harder to find
lately. Oleo Acres, nearby, has recently stopped selling it here in CO.
The suppliers that still will market it retail appear to only want to sell
it in very large quantities. I was able to recently get some sacks from a
guy nearby who went in on a truck load with some other smiths from the area.
One supplier I talked to said that due to environmental issues much of the
coking processing is being performed offshore.
