	Unless something has changed recently, this is definitely not the case.

	But your point on oil prices is certainly well taken.  In fact, despite 
our cursing the prices at the pump, this could be the best thing for our 
own economy.  When the profitability shrinks sufficiently, there will be 
lessened justification for manufacturing in China for export.  It may 
well still make plenty of sense to manufacture there for the Asian 
markets, though.
