Roger. Well, about a year ago, my favorite Mexican restaurant was
cleaning garlic. Whole case. Marked "MADE IN CHINA." When they can
grow something cheap like garlic, and ship it half way around the world,
this gives you a very good perspective on the real value of goods.

They do the same thing at toyshows that show off the years new products,
and for that matter probably most of the worldwide trade shows every
year. Steal the designs and ideas of other people, and make them
quicker, in bigger numbers, and far cheaper. Then flood the markets and
get as much money as they can, even if some international law finally
stops them from making them again. Then they change the product a bit
to get around the law and go back to it. Funny thing is these are the
same people that almost rioted when Wal-Marts new China stores brought
in cheaper produce that was out competing their farmers.
