[TheForge] Scrap steel prices

Here in Eugene, Schnitzer is getting ready to close it's sales
department.  Scrap, secondary and new... They are going to collect
scrap only, and ship it up the line to their mill..

Quite a loss really..  Although they are selling out their inventory
at reduced prices.
