[TheForge] Recommendations for Books on animal heads

Although I once thought I'd never be interested in such things*, I find 
myself wanting to add some animal and dragon heads to some pieces.

I've picked up a few bits and pieces from some demos and videos, but I'd 
like to pick up a more complete/diverse reference.

So can anyone recommend some books on forging animal heads ?

*I find myself in this situation more and more as I get older, and now 
try to express the sentiment to my children who aren't always interested 
in some topic at school: "Just because you're not interested in it now 
doesn't mean you will never be. Learn what you can while you have the 
chance".
