The first label you create might best be "Warning - Tort Lawyers are
Watching You".

Seems if you warn people of things, you may confessing to their
danger.  For instance, if you post a "Warning - Vicious Dog" sign,
you're admitting that your dog is vicious.  Rather, post "Warning -
Guard Dog on Duty", which admits nothing.
