[TheForge] quench malaria considerations

The traditional method for collecting octopus in the tide pools ( I was
selling them for biological specimens pickled in formaldehyde, the
Italian guys were collecting them to eat)...was to toss a small handful
of copper sulfate near the suspected octopus lair ...in a minute or so
they'd flee in panic and were easy to grab...worked real well.
I came back to the same tide pool a few weeks later one time, and
everything was sterile...quite dead.
I switched over to using brine right then....pf
