It's simple....the bottom of the market is saturated with low price/ 
high volume objects and items, but there is plenty of room at the top.
It is all about disposable income and that commodity resides at the  
top of the market too.

That and the fact that you can live anywhere you wish to, but you  
cannot sell anywhere you live.  Your work has to be seen in the high- 
end market place.
