Yeah- it seems that my strikers (21 yr old twins, both in top shape and  
then some and experienced) do a whale of a lot more moving of metal with  
4-8lb sledges than my 25lb LG at 340 bpm. Go figure. Haven't attempted the  
math on that though it wouldn't be difficult. Willpower has a lot to do  
with it if you ask me.
