Somewhere in your 'orrible little hwindoes menus, you 'ave a "save to
disk option."  Use that.  Then:

     1. Rename the saved file from foo.xhtml to foo.htm

     2. Load that file from your HD into your browser.

There may be subsequent difficulties with broken links but that's in
Lesson #2, available on request.
