It will be interesting to see with the high price of corn (maize) and 
therefore high price of corn syrup if cane and beet sugar make there way 
back into many foods, from soft drinks to Smucker's jelly.

It really is possible to taste the difference.  It will take a bit of time 
to play out since Coke and other have long term supply contracts on corn 
syrup.
