[TheForge] building a fence - no blacksmithing content

Growing up pheasant hunting, we had one Brittany Spaniel that we couldn't
keep in his run  ... first started digging under the fence..... so we filled
in the holes with rocks and bricks .... "Rusty" dug bigger holes .... so we
put electric fence around the outside bottom .... Rusty started climbing the
fence then ... so we put electric fence around the inside of the top of the
fence (5 ft hog wire at that point) .... That didn't stop Rusty .... he just
yipped and yiped his way across the top.  Finally found him a new home ....
he wasn't THAT good of a bird dog.
