Depends upon how much energy you put into it. Yes, like hammering hot
iron (blacksmith content, ha<G>); the mass and volume stays the same.
So if you squish it in one direction it fattens up in the other
direction. There are some excellent pix of the results on ebay I believe
of a fella that does this on the side and sells them.
